| Details: Frozen Dessert Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic that will repair and maintain all production equipment and plant facilities.The candidate must be skilled with inspection, installation, replacement, adjustments, alignments, testing and diagnostics of HVAC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical components, electronic controls, gears and motors, welding, carpentry, painting, machining and fabrication. Needs to read and interpret schematics, specifications and manuals, troubleshoot with various tools and instruments, and be computer proficient, be familiar with tag-out/lock-out procedures, working in various environments including confined space and variable ambient temperatures, production line setups and changeovers, preventative maintenance and corrective actions. Have own tools is preferable and the ability to interface with vendors, supervisors and management is preferable. Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus.
